1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all bookings made on our short-term rental website. By booking accommodation on our website, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs.
2 – Reservation and Payment
The reservation becomes effective as soon as it is made.
3 – Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
4 – Arrival and Departure
Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
5 – Use of the Premises
The tenant agrees to use the premises peacefully and to respect the neighborhood. Any disturbance caused to the neighborhood could result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
6 – Security Deposit
A security deposit will be required prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found.
7 – Liability
We accept no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to the tenant's personal property. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions during the rental period.
8 – Disputes
Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these GTC shall be submitted to the competent court of the place where the property is located.
